The 2026 Rakkasan Association Election process has begun and includes two phases:

Nomination & Declaration Phase – November 24, 2025 to January 2, 2026.

Election Phase – January 15, 2026 to February 27, 2026.

Positions open in the 2026 election process:

• Vice-President

• Secretary

• Board Positions 6

• Board Position 8​

Terms are for two (2) years.​​​​

Who Can Nominate & Be Nominated:

The Rakkasan Constitution and Bylaws provide that Charter Founding Life (CFL), Charter Life (CL), Regular Life and Regular Annual members can become candidates for election as National Officers and Directors of the National Rakkasan Association (Association). Reserve members can become candidates for election as Secretary, Treasurer, Director or the National Reserve Representative. Paid-up CFL, CL, Regular Life, Regular Annual and Reserve members in good standing can nominate themselves or other CFL, CL, Regular Life, Regular Annual and Reserve members in good standing as candidates for the open positions.

Nomination Form: One form can be used to nominate members for open positions. It is up to the nominator to ensure that all their nominees agree and are willing to complete a Declaration form.

Declaration Form: Each nominee must complete and submit a Declaration form.

Deadline for Nomination and Declaration forms is January 2, 2026.
