Much needed revisions to the Constitution and Bylaws have been made by the board of directors. Some of the changes include acknowledging digital options for communications. Embracing that, we will make the vote on the changes available online as well as at the member meeting in August at the National Reunion (registration deadline is fast approaching so if you are going, get on it now).
To view the revised versions of the Constitution and Bylaws, they are available below (you can also find them on the EVENTS and the SHIMBUN pages of the website). Voting on accepting the drafts will begin August 1st. The decision to accept or reject the drafts will take place on Thursday, August 4th at 1000 CST - the meeting will be livestreamed on Facebook.
